About Me

My name is David Margett, I am currently in my second year at the University of Derby studying BSc (Hons) Internet Computing.

During the first year of my course I have learned key skills in Client side web development, software development, System analysis and Database management. I have experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, and C# from my first year at University and PHP,Ruby on rails, JavaScript and MySQL from practicing in my own time.

I have a keen interest in website development and enjoy the challenges it brings.

I am currently seeking an industrial placement for my third year in a web development role at a company in the UK, starting from June 2011.
